We ship items within one to two days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes about 10-20 days for the items to arrive and customers will receive orders via our international courier partners. With customs charges, we can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs and taxes duties. Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 28 days. If you would like to return an item, you must notify TOPGOLDMAN within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item to the following address;

Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, only unworn, unwashed and unused products with original labels attached qualify for a return without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt. It must also be in the original packaging. The refund will not include the cost of the original shipping and packaging.
You cannot exchange or return items of underwear, swimsuits without hygienic sticker, earrings, hosiery or socks. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
